Lot, property and brush clean-up around Yakima, cut and hauled out on the dump trailer
Overgrown lots, brush piles and yard clean-ups cut down, loaded on the dump trailer and hauled away.
Chapter 01
How a lot gets away from you
It rarely happens in one season. A lot that was cleared a few years ago fills in with brush, volunteer saplings and dead growth. A yard collects a pile from each pruning, then another beside it. A fence line disappears behind weeds, and a pile you meant to haul off in spring is still there in August.
In a dry valley summer that matters beyond looks. Dead brush and tall dry growth stacked against a house, a shed or a fence line is fuel, and it is the first thing worth clearing back from structures. Before the work starts, the property gets walked: what is trash, what is a tree worth keeping, what is in the way of the trailer, and what is right up against a building.

Cut it, load it, haul it
The method is simple on purpose. The brush and overgrowth are cut down, the dump trailer is loaded, and the load is hauled away, so the job ends with the material gone and not just moved to the back corner. The photo above shows the trailer that does it: heaped with green brush in a driveway under a big shade tree.
The same crew that handles the trees handles the lot, so the larger work can be handled on the same visit. A low limb over the drive is raised, a crowded stand of trees is thinned, a dead one is taken down, and the wood and brush from all of it goes onto the trailer along with the rest.
West Valley Tree Service lists lot and property cleaning, brush removal and yard clean-ups among its services. Brush, limbs and wood are loaded on the dump trailer and hauled away.
Chapter 03
Keeping a cleared lot clear
Cleared ground stays clear if it is touched once a season. A pass in spring before the growth takes off, and another after leaf fall, costs far less effort than starting from a jungle again. Keep brush piles small and away from buildings, and haul them rather than letting them age in place.
If the lot has trees on it, thinning and raising them at the same time lets more light reach the ground, which slows the weeds and makes the next clean-up smaller. Stumps left from earlier clearing can be ground out so the mower has a clear run.
